Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Blushluna is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
